Job Description

Objective :

To ensure the overall quality of purchasing through continuous purchasing improvement effort. Job

Description :

1 Define material purchasing-related requirements (MRP) to suppliers.
2 Define material delivery-related requirements and inventory control.
3 Continuous operating follow the plan and collect information weekly.
4 Control, modify purchasing order follow a requirement (Pull in, Push out & Cancel order).
5 Review material purchasing orders and modify requirement request-related requirement period.
6 Review material delivery from supplier-related with schedule planning.
7 Preventive and corrective loss time in the production line or motivated to preventive to be lost time.
8 Evaluate operation results for improvement.
9 Summarize operation results and improve planning for corrective in the next year.

Qualifications :

1 Bachelor’s degree in marketing major.
2 Male/Female, age 22 years up.
3 Good command of speaking, reading, and writing in English and ability in Chinese would be an advantage
4 At least 1-2 years of purchasing experience.
